So far December has been a month of busyness and jumping from place to place.  Here is how it went:

Xela - Guatemala City

Guatemala City - Dallas

Dallas - Cincinnati

Cincinnati - Chicago

Chicago - Minneapolis

Minneapolis - Dallas

Dallas - Guatemala City

Guatemala City - Xela

*sigh*

A few days more and it will begin again with a flight from Guatemala City to Houston, and then on to Minneapolis, where I will plant my heart with my feet for a solid three weeks.  I don't mind living vicariously through stories retold- I know it is the price of living away.  But, I am ready to be present for a time and feel it all firsthand.
