Advice, please.

I have a team of people coming in on Sunday.  Of the nine, only one speaks any form of functional Spanish.  I'm going to make them a little cheat sheet to help them navigate and survive the streets of Xela.  If it were you, what phrases would you want at the tip of your fingers?
